Financial and legal regulation as an ensurance of the economic security of Russia: features and prospects in the modern realities of time

In the modern world, there are conditions in which financial security is one of the most important components of economic security for our state. For the further development of not only the economic system of Russia, but in general, for the entire complex of national security, the most important issues are the protection of the financial interests of the country. In addition, the key issues remain the protection of financial interests of residents at all available levels of financial relations. In the article, the authors considered a range of issues affecting the independence, stability and strength of the financial system of Russia. We analyzed the components that make it possible to ensure the most effective functioning of the macroeconomic links of the economic system and stable economic growth, despite the existing increase in external pressure on the Russian Federation. This article reveals the essence and role of financial security, its regulatory and regulatory acts, and also highlights the main external and internal threats, in response to which appropriate necessary measures were proposed for their potential prevention.
