Financial support for the implementation of government orders at defense industry enterprises

An increase in the scale of production of defense products requires increased attention to the economical use of budgetary funds directed both to increase both the volume of deliveries and the financing of the development of promising types of equipment and weapons that have no analogues. The performance of defense enterprises directly depends on the extent to which financial allocations meet the real needs for financial resources necessary for the manufacture of final products. The contribution to the solution of this problem is made by enterprises and organizations that, in response to the applied sanctions, develop alternative production and fulfill production tasks on-line. Solving the tasks of fulfilling defense orders is facilitated by the use of methods of military-economic analysis aimed at the efficient use of the material and financial resources of the enterprise. In the direct activity of fulfilling orders at various stages of manufacturing products, analytical and graphical methods of analysis are used to establish the nature and depth of the relationship between financial costs and quality indicators, as a combination of their tactical and technical characteristics. When evaluating the effectiveness of individual samples and groups of homogeneous samples (HOO) of communication technology, indicators such as range, frequency, grid spacing, power consumption and output, weight and other indicators are used. Comparison of the indicators of a new product with its analogue and financial costs allows the customer representative to make scientifically based decisions on the execution of the order and its further financing. According to the authors, a multi-level matrix approach to assessing individual financial support contributes to the effective solution of financial support problems. group and generalizing quality indicators in comparison with the costs of financial resources provided under the contract.
