Financial aspects of implementation of programmes for social development of rural area

Problems of satisfaction of expenditure obligations assumed by the state in the framework of special programmes whose implementation deals with the issues of social development of rural territories are under research in the article. Weak points in the system of financial provision of social development of the rural area are brought to light; a number of arrangements aimed at the elimination of the mentioned negative features are offered.
