Financial aspects of production diversification management at defense industry enterprises

The article offers an economic and mathematical toolkit for optimizing important financial planning tools for the activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex engaged in the diversification of production, financing of which is carried out using their own funds and credit. The effectiveness of financial support for the activities of any enterprise of the military-industrial complex is largely determined by the effectiveness of its management system. The optimality of the management decisions taken largely depends on the quality of the analysis of financial support for the activities of enterprises and its methodological support. Therefore, the improvement of financial management tools for this activity is of great scientific and practical importance. The proposed toolkit is designed to solve this problem. It makes it possible to determine the most effective areas of financial support for production diversification projects at enterprises of the military-industrial complex.
