Financial instruments of state support of high-tech companies as a mechanism of stimulation of innovations

The modern world is developing rapidly, at the moment the driver of development is digitalisation, technology and productivity of companies comes to the forefront in assessing the efficiency and potential of companies’ functioning in the future, this leads to the fact that high-tech industries are becoming a key factor in economic growth, technological leadership and national security. This article examines the key financial instruments for supporting high-tech companies in the Russian Federation. The study covers various mechanisms of state support, analysing their effectiveness and the degree of demand from business. The article presents statistical information that allows assessing the level of use of financial instruments and reveals the need to raise awareness of businesses about available support measures. The results of the study can be used as analytics for high-tech companies in search of public funding. The article is based on the results of the scientific research on the results of the competition of performers of the Scientific and Research Work among the students of the Financial University under the Government of Russian Federation.
