Financial resources of the national industry: structure and focus

Financing of the national industry is an important task of financial support for current (production) and investment activities. The volume of financial resources at the disposal of industrial corporations determines, on the one hand, the scale of investments in national industry, and, on the other, creates financial conditions for industrial production and the formation of the country’s gross domestic product. The formed structure of the financial resources of the national industry has an impact on the financial stability and financial performance of industrial corporations. The purpose of the article is to explore the structure and focus of the financial resources of the national industry based on the author’s approach. The author’s methodological approach to assessing the state of sources of financing for national industry has been developed and tested. It is characterized by a consistent algorithm for studying the features of financial support for national industry. The importance of the work lies in the development of methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of financing industrial corporations. The methodological toolkit proposed by the author for assessing the state of financial resources of the national industry by the sources of their formation and areas of use makes it possible, from a comprehensive perspective, to determine the effectiveness of financial management of sources of financing at the level of industrial corporations and at the state level in terms of providing budget financing.
