Financial strategies of Russian enterprises

The article considers the financial strategy as one of the main elements of the enterprise management policy. It is with the help of an optimally chosen financial strategy, the company is able to successfully operate in the market and adapt to market conditions. On the example of two different companies, the paper considers the directions of the financial strategy and its compliance with the current financial position of the companies. The paper analyzes the financial position and financial strategies of the following companies: Nechaev & partners Law firm and Gazprom PJSC.
