Financial difficulties arising in the activities of municipalities

The article is devoted to solving problems related to the fact that financial resources in the Russian Federation are concentrated mainly at the federal level, while the responsibility for solving various problems lies at the regional and local levels. As a result, local governments are specifically driven into a situation where, due to the distribution of finances, they cannot carry out their activities at the required level.
