Currently, enterprises need to counteract negative impacts and threats by implementing measures aimed at providing a financial assessment of the risk of business bankruptcy, which will allow them to predict a crisis situation and quickly apply measures to eliminate emerging risks in the activities of the enterprise. The purpose of the research work is to study methods for preventing the bankruptcy of organizations, diagnostics, as well as ways to minimize the risks of bankruptcy. With the help of this study, it is possible to study the concept and causes of bankruptcy of organizations, the study of methods for predicting bankruptcy, the study of ways to minimize the risks of bankruptcy of enterprises.
