Financial control of the organization

The article raises the issue of the need for constant financial control of the organization, in particular, internal financial control. The authors propose a number of control questions, answering to which the management of the organization will be able to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the company, on the basis of which to set goals and objectives for the effective operation of the company. Also considered are the basic liquidity ratios, which allow to determine the ability of the company to repay current liabilities.
