Implementation of national projects expenses financial control: management model (on the example of the national project «Health»)

This article presents the results of building a model of management and financial control over expenditures for the implementation of national projects on the example of the national project «Health». The choice of this national project is conditioned by the importance of preserving the health of each citizen of our country, as it is the health resource that determines the possibilities of human functioning in modern economic, political, psychological and climatic conditions. Today, the health care system is the basis for the formation of health resource, and maintaining health at an appropriate level is one of the main functions of the state. Based on the results of the study, conclusions and proposals for optimization of the main activities aimed at ensuring financial control over expenditures for the implementation of national projects are formulated.
