The mechanism for the formation of an outsourcing project using a reverse leasing instrument for the complex maintenance of trucks is considered. In the article this instrument of the capital market is considered as an element of the business model of partial outsourcing of the logistic activity of the entrepreneurial structure. The components of leasing and outsourcing payments for the project are defined.
