A company as a business entity and an object of economic security

The paper deals with differentiation of concepts “business entity”, “enterprise”, “company", “organization”. The authors consider their role and the need for new economic behaviour models in the conditions of modern market relations. The article also discusses the issues of economic security of the company and the measures supporting it. The authors focus on the problem of building appropriate relations with partners on the basis of balanced combination of the interests of both parties, which requires new behavioural models of operating in the heightened competitive environment.
