Firm as an economic entity of the market economy

At the present stage in Russia is undergoing a process of formation of market relations. The best of them contributes to the development of entrepreneurial activity. The firm is the main link of the market economy, since only with the help of firms is the intensive functioning and development of market relations. The purpose of this work is to determine the role of the firm as a subject of the modern economy and identify the main aspects of interaction of the firm with other economic entities. The article considers the firm as one of the tools for the implementation of the market economy, the current theories of the firm, according to which almost all modern enterprises are organized and operate in a market economy.
