This work is devoted to studying of the bioindicative opportunities of soil algae and further monitoring of transformation of ecosystems of less accessible northern subzone of southern taiga in Western Siberia, namely, in the Novosibirsk region, Kolyvansky district, which is represented by light-coniferous pine forests forming sphagnum, moss and lichen, grass - forb blueberry associations. Soil algae is a natural component which most actively responds to environmental changing and determinates conditions of phytocenosis in general. So special interest to this group of organisms and the practical relevance of the materials of this kind become clear.
