Conducted biochemical analysis of five samples of Caragana arborescens Lam. showed that it leaves contain flavonoids rutin (0,40–0,55%), kaempferol (0,34–0,48%), quercetin (0,15–0,24%), quercetin-3-0-glycoside (0,45–0,70%), kaempferol-3-0-glycoside (0,30–0,45%) and luteolin-3-0-glucoside (0,20–0,32%). In the inflorescences present quercetin-3-0-glucoside (0,30–0,54%), luteolin-3-0-glucoside (0,24–0,30%) diosmetin-3-0-glucoside (0,35–0,42%), apigenin-3-0-glycoside (0,35–0,55%) and akatsetin-3-0-glycoside (0,15–0,27%). Leaves and inflorescences C. arborescens appears to be drives of Zn and Ni, and the concentration of Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu do not exceed the reference values specific to plants Nonchernozem zone of Russia. Correlation was found between the amount of flavonoids and concentration of Fe (r0.95=0,85) и Mg (r0.95=0,81).
