A healthy lifestyle (HLS) plays a key role in maintaining a person's physical and mental health. The article entitled "PHYSICAL CULTURE IN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE" examines the main aspects that emphasize the importance of healthy lifestyle. Firstly, regular physical activity improves the cardiovascular system, strengthens muscles and increases endurance. Exercise helps to control weight, which reduces the risk of developing chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension. Secondly, proper nutrition is an integral part of healthy lifestyle. Eating a variety of foods rich in vitamins and minerals helps to support the immune system and overall health. The article focuses on the importance of a balanced diet that includes fruits, vegetables, proteins and healthy fats. Thirdly, healthy lifestyle includes mental health. The article emphasizes that physical activity and proper nutrition have a positive effect on mood and stress levels. Sports contribute to the production of endorphins, which improve overall well-being. Finally, the article calls for the formation of habits that promote a healthy lifestyle, starting at an early age. Fostering a healthy lifestyle culture in society can significantly improve the quality of life and prolong its duration
