The article shows the need to intensify the process of physical education of preschoolers by filling it with new contents, methods and means. Besides, the article considers the influence of aerobic exercises on the physical development of preschoolers, describes the program of physical education of children of this age by means of aerobics and the basic conditions for its implementation. The article presents the evidence of its effectiveness and the expediency of its use in the pedagogical practice of a preschool institution.
