Physical development of children in the younger kindergarten group

The article emphasizes that physical education not only develops the body, but also plays an important role in the socialization and spiritual enrichment of children. A variety of forms of physical activity, such as morning exercises, sports games and competitions, promotes the development of cooperation skills and has a positive effect on the social adaptation of pupils.
