Physical education of students in higher education institutions based on volleyball

This article is devoted to the physical education of students in higher educational institutions on the basis of volleyball. The use of volleyball in physical education is explained by the fact that volleyball is available for different ages, is used for all-round physical development and health promotion, education of moral and volitional qualities of students.
