Physical and geographical characteristics Upper Obi basin

The Ob River is an inexhaustible source of drinking and technical water for the population and industry of the Altai territory. Among the scientific problems arising in connection with the intensive use of water resources, a special place is occupied by the problem of morphology and dynamics of changes in river beds and floodplains. This paper describes the physical and geographical features of the river bed of the Ob river, its upper section.
