The results of physical and chemical and microbiological researches of Mongolian Plato ’s mineral lakes are presented in the article. The lakes water is characterized by high value of pH (up to 10,2). The number of different physiological groups of organic matter (OM) bacteria-destructors in the water and bottom sediments have been studied.
