The article discusses the electrical model of the capacitive method of level measurement systems level measurement filling the different types of carrier rockets “Soyuz”. The method of research allows to carry out calculations of information characteristics of sensor with different construction parameters of the sensor and electrophysical parameters of the liquid, the Considered algorithm allows with high accuracy to analyze the three-dimensional electric field in inhomogeneous media.
