The features of obtaining porous glass-ceramic materials based on tripoli with a CaCO3 content of more than 20% are described. Porous glass-ceramic materials with an average density of 255 to 290 kg/m3 and compressive strength of 3.2 to 5 MPa have been developed. In terms of compressive strength (with equal average density), the developed materials surpassed foam glass.
