In this article we study physiological peculiarities of the athletes’ organism reaction in horse dressage on the increasing at complexity level loading phases of the special training. It is revealed that amateurs have temporary muscle contractures and the hypersthenia of individual muscle groups as a result of the asymmetrical distribution of pair muscles contractive activity during the training and the prevalence of the static component of the muscular work and the absence of a special training before the rider’s seat to saddle and the physiologically grounded correction of the training process and of the afterload recovery. The breath-holdings at the realization of complicated dressage elements, the diastolic blood pressure growth, the pulse pressure decrease during the training and the ratio gain indicate at insufficient adaptative shifts to the sort training from the side of neuromuscular and cardiorespiratory systems of amateurs in comparison with professionals.
