The physiological experiment was attended by 184 workers of the metallurgist of the PRC steel mill of a metallurgical plant in the province of Ningxia. The influence of the heating microclimate of the steel plant of the metallurgical plant on the body of steel workers is expressed in the stress parameters of temperature homeostasis, a decrease in pulmonary ventilation, and an increase in the diastolic and pulse pressure of the workers. The stress of the physiological mechanisms of adaptation is manifested by the symptoms of chronic overheating, which leads to the early formation of chronic diseases of the respiratory organs, cardiovascular system and gastrointestinal tract and neurological diseases that occur with frequent exacerbation throughout the year. The psychophysical status of metallurgists revealed: an increase in body mass index, a critical decrease in respiratory volumes and capacities; reduced muscle strength of the hand; general endurance; flexibility; poor coordination of movements. The identified changes in the psychophysical status necessitate the development of a recreational - health PPFC for workers - metallurgists of the PRC.
