The problem of adaptation (acclimatization) of athletes, despite long history, didn't lose an urgency at the present stage of development of sports of high and highest achievements. Besides an established opinion about harm for an organism of dairy acid, its indicated properties as criterion of physical working capacity, role of a connecting fabric in providing a blood-groove and integrative activity of an organism of athletes as a whole, a ratio of systems aerobic, glycolic systems of power supply not only on sports, but also specializations in demand specifications. In a problem of a stress, adaptation the new interpretations, new data are required. Stress phases are insufficiently studied at a most training, a stage of transitional conditions, phase analysis and differentiation semantic adaptations. Specification mechanisms of regulation of blood circulation in connection with application of technology of the spectral analysis and correct physiological interpretation of the received data demand were revealed. The special place is occupied by researches of the phenomena of brain blood circulation, molecules of form-cellular mechanisms of power supply of bodies, fabrics, main types of an exchange especially, in the conditions of deficiency О 2.
