Physical culture and fitness extracurricular activities in physical training in special (correctional) school of VIII type (on the example of psychogymnastics and music therapy)

The article presents the results of the pedagogical experiment developed to study the use of psychogymnastics and music therapy in extracurricular activities with mentally retarded students, similarly the changes in the health of schoolchildren after the pedagogical experiment have been shown.
