This article summarizes the results of botanical studies of the Amyl River valley in the middle reaches. A systematic, ecological, geographic and biomorphological analysis was conducted. Flora of the Amyl River valley in the middle reaches is represented by angiosperms, including 103 species, 76 genera and 22 families. The most common families are Asteraceae, Poaceae, Fabaceae. The most common in the valley of the investigated river are the genera Artemisia and Potentilla. Geographical analysis showed that in the flora of the valley of the Amyl River, species with a wide range of species prevail. When carrying out ecological analysis, it was established that mesophytes prevalent in valleys are the predominant group. The leading life form is herbaceous polycarpicles. In the investigated flora, practically significant plant species have been identified, among which the most important are the medicinal and fodder groups.
