Fluorescentic evaluation productivity of the primrose (Primula malacoides Franch.) in Kaunas Botanical Garden

Productivity and decorativity of four earlier legalized varieties of primrose (Primula malacoides Franch.) Jadvyga, Linkėjimai Latvijai, Lietuvaitė and Jaunystė and four new-created hybrids Žydrė, Vakarė, Rubinas and Margutė are grown in the colection of greenhouse and compared with fluorescentic parameters chlorophyll of second photosintetical system. The productivity of plants was determinated using the method of quantative account the harvest of dryseeds, morphometric da+ta of morphological characteristics as weel correliation-regressive analysis for data comparison and establishment of interrelations and their dependence. Hybrids Žydrė and Vakarė stood and with bigger amount of flowers and seed productivity in comparison with varietie and the highest ornamental quality. Comparising fluorescentic parameters (F t and F m) of varieties and hybrids leaves of primrose show the same tendencies: the both parameters are the kowest in varietes and highest in hybrids. The relative rate of electron transport (ETR) is connected with plant morphological characteristics.
