Folklore expeditions of the Tver State University philological faculty in the late 1990s

At present the Philological faculty of Tver State University carries out active field research into folklore and dialects of Tver region. Still, there is no survey summarizing all the research undertaken here in the 20th century. The article deals with the results of the folklore-ethnography expeditions held in the region in the late 1990s. The majority of the texts given as examples are published for the first time.
