The form of a will in the case digitalization in society

The purpose of the research is to establish promising spheres for improving legislation and business practices on the use of modern digital technologies in the preparation of wills. There are various general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction), as well as special legal methods, among which the most important role was played by legal modeling, comparative legal method, logical dogmatic, acted as a methodological basis. As a result of the research, the authors have identified some possible spheres for the use of digital technologies in inheritance law, in particular, in relation to wills in emergency circumstances, as well as in relation to testamentary dispositions on objects that exist in digital form.
