In the modern world, general globalization dictates its own business rules, as a result of which, many companies seek to use all opportunities to increase their market share. Every day more and more companies are introducing Internet marketing, not paying due attention to the processes of this direction. The article discusses the importance of formalizing the company's business processes in the field of Internet marketing and presents the processes of creating an Internet marketing department and forming an Internet marketing strategy using the BPMN 2 methodology.
