Formal and informal relationship in the political management structures and in the society

This article analyzes the concepts of ‘formal and informal institution”, “patron-client”, “corruption”, the basis, genesis and components of these phenomena. Functioning of the government institutions, in particular, their varieties - political and bureaucratic authorities, supposes a group of informal values and norms, informal hierarchy of power, informal power struggles, corruption relations.
