Development of English language environment in a higher school (case study of master degree programs)

The article deals with the problem of development of English-speaking environment in a higher school using the case of Master Degree programs as an example. The authors outline the main components of such environment taking into account domestic and foreign experience. The paper determines the so-called points of growth - the areas of further spread of the Englishspeaking environment aimed at improvement of the university's image in the global educational space.
