Architectural service formation during the first decade of soviet power (by the example of Ryazan city)

The history of architectural service formation in Ryazan during the period of 1917-1929 has been reconstructed in the article. It served as local executive body for implementation of architectural town building policy. The names of those who initially participated in the formation of the service have been restated. The author has made an attempt to understand the chief architects’ activity in town architectural bodies in their time framework of living and working.
