Budgeting of the oil and gas region in the conditions of instability

The article analyses the main types, structure and dynamics of the regional budget of the oil and gas region. The author studies the financial performance of enterprises of the Tyumen region in conditions of instability and their influence on the budget revenues. The impact of tax payments on the improvement of life quality of the region's population is considered. The paper discusses potential threats and opportunities of the region development and formation of the regional budget.
