In the modern conditions of the functioning of the economy and increasing competition, the organization faces the task of creating an image that will be memorable for consumers, favorable for the organization itself and will distinguish it from competitors. The article analyzes the theoretical principles of the formation of an organization's image, which acts as a mechanism for increasing competitiveness, reveals the concept of an organization's image, and also studies the elements of a corporate image.
