Formation of counseling centers for the implementation of the "Black Sea Ring" project

The trends in the implementation of the Black Sea Ring project are analyzed. A comparative analysis of the activities of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation and other associations is carried out. Proposals are made to establish an International Counseling Center, as well as centers engaged in internal counseling.
