Forming a deposit policy by a commercial bank

The article describes the basics of formation of the deposit policy of commercial banks, and also analyzed such a banking product as a contribution. The aim of the article is to study the fundamentals of the formation of the deposit policy of a commercial bank, the essence of the bank deposit with an analysis of the structure and dynamics of bank deposits of the population. The article presents statistical data of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the dynamics of deposits of individuals in the banking sector for 2015-2018. and structural and dynamic data on the deposit portfolio of the Bank "Russia" for 2015-2018. The data showed that the growth rate of individual deposits in the banking sector has already begun to decline, which confirms the importance of researching the problems of organizing a proper deposit policy and preventing cash outflows from the banking sector.
