Formation of the labor wage fund

In this article, the factors of the formation of the wage fund at the enterprise are considered, their classification is carried out. A critical review of the most well-known methods of forming the wage fund is given, their shortcomings are identified. The ways of overcoming the problems of forming the wage fund are indicated.
