Formation of geostrategic economic block as a new form of foreign economic interaction of partner countries in the context of crisis of the neoliberal model

In modern conditions, the external economic relations between countries of the vanguard (core) and periphery are becoming increasingly ambiguous and controversial. Without a doubt, the problem of inequality between the mentioned groups of countries has been always acute. Based on the studies of economists G. Myrdal and B. Balass, a geostrategic economic block is proposed as a new form of foreign economic relations between countries. It will allow to take into account the interests of peripheral countries, functioning in integration groups, where the countries of the world avant-garde play a fundamental role.
