Formation the readiness of RSE experts (Russian Unified State System Emergency Management) to respond the technological situation of meteorological origin

The article describes the relationship between meteorological conditions and accidents on oil pipelines, between forest fires in the Nizhnevartovsk district. In the work readiness of RSE experts is also expounded to reacting on forest fires and other technogenic situations of district, having regard to meteorological terms. It is set that the study of meteorological terms is needed for the effective use of climate favourable factors and overcoming its negative to influence on technogenic situations.
