Development of intercultural communication and cooperation skills of students majoring in tourism management in Krasnodar krai

The article discusses the problems of organization and support of training of future specialists of tourism in the conditions of the regional education system taking into account multicultural approach as it applies to education on the basis of humanism psychology, pedagogics of equal possibilities, support of pluralism (tolerance, respect and acceptance, solidarity), study and familiarization with original cultures, language, history, literature, and conception of cross-cultural education focused on development of intercultural communication and cooperation.
