The task of risk profile formation and application at goods identification

The article is devoted to the problems of violations detection of Customs legislationwhen crossing the state border. The main attention is paid to the creation of a riskprofile, substantiation of its structure and the possibility of identification of goodsbased on the use of information provided by the Customs Declaration and goodslabeling. It is proposed that the structure of the risk profile contains an identificationcomponent that allows to uniquely identifying the goods, and a system of indicatorsthat determine compliance with the requirements of the current legislation. Thesystem of indicators, in turn, contains qualitative and quantitative indicatorsdesigned to determine the need for inspection in case of identified deviations fromthe existing standards, norms and rules
