The youth labor market represents the most dynamically changing sphere of the economy, where all the new phenomena and processes of the modernizing world are most clearly manifested. The emergence of new requirements for labor resources in the context of the widespread use of professional standards, innovative processes affecting various industries rather heterogeneously, leads to the deepening of the problems of diversity. In the regions, the imbalance of market parameters of demand and supply of labor in various market segments is becoming increasingly evident, which is growing against the backdrop of lockdowns. Young people who make a decision about choosing a future profession are most often focused on exclusively pragmatic approaches associated with obvious benefits in the near future and an information resource that is formed based on the opinions of parents or social environment. At the same time, a purposeful policy to harmonize all career guidance functions: economic, medical and physiological, psychological, pedagogical and social, is practically not implemented in the practice of training future specialists for the youth labor market. In modern conditions, when the requirements are much more complicated, the lack of coordinated and relevant career guidance work can contribute to the deepening of the existing problems. There is an obvious need for new forms of organizing the interaction of all interested parties - employers studying in educational institutions of various levels of training, professional educational organizations, as well as institutions of various profiles, whose functions include information, educational, cultural, technological areas of work with youth. Building on the basis of agreements on social partnership of mobile social structures that make it possible to involve various stakeholders in the achievement of the goal of high-quality vocational guidance work within the framework of an agreed system of the potential of a particular person.
