Formation and development of professional competencies in the corporate training system

The article analyzes the formation and development of professional competencies of corporate employees. Using the methods of analyzing case studies of professional competence models and surveys of employees of Russian and Chinese companies with corporate training centers, by using the radar diagram tool, an assessment of the most in-demand competencies in these companies is carried out. As a result, it is concluded that companies have different competencies in demand, which may be due to the specifics of corporate culture and the specifics of the field of activity. After comparing the most in-demand competencies, it was also revealed that in two or more companies at the same time, information management, communication literacy, technical literacy, innovation is distinguished among the most in-demand competencies. It has been found that companies use different ways to develop in-demand competencies, which include the use of various simulators of real situations, as well as the organization of training courses on the development of in-demand skills and knowledge of employees. It is revealed that the competencies of the energy cluster, including stress resistance, innovation, adaptability and flexibility, self-development, are becoming in demand, and it is concluded that it is necessary to expand the content of corporate training by organizing courses on the development of these competencies.
