Formation and development of strategic controlling

The article is devoted to the formation and development of strategic controlling in a commercial bank. Modern management practices demonstrates the importance of accurate information for effective management of the enterprise. Controlling is gradually becoming one of the main sources of information for the head. In our view, a comprehensive approach to building a system of strategic controlling in the bank, will solve the main problems in the field of strategic management, to achieve the goals in the shortest possible time and with minimal costs.
