The article is devoted to the consideration of the formation and improvement of the image of the employing organization in the labor market. In the modern world, the economic life of society is an important factor that affects human activities. Market relations as the connecting link between the consumer and the producer, and the market system is the main reason for the economic stability of the enterprise. But the market system depends on the trends of the external environment, which is very variable, which often include socio-political trends, economic crises, monetary depreciation, etc. External manifestations - this is public opinion in general and the buyers of the enterprise. About 20 years ago, the target policy of enterprises was determined to create its image due to an increase in public opinion on the activities of enterprises.
