The article discusses approaches to the formation of a business model of a tourist enterprise in the digital economy. It is established that with the use of digital technologies, the tourism business is transformed into an innovative business model and receives significant effects, including the intensification and automation of business processes, the formation of added value of a tourist product using technology, the development of new tourist services, access to new markets, consolidation of key resources, strengthening relationships with customers, transformation of sales channels integrated digital business processes based on certain digital systems. It has been proved that digital technologies will lead to the formation of a unified ecosystem and change the culture of the tourism business, provide access to data that was not previously known, provide the use of intelligent analytics and forecasting, promote effective cooperation with customers and partners, optimize system management, including cost reduction, accelerate economic cycles at a tourism enterprise. At the same time, effective structuring of business processes of a tourist enterprise is the main fundamental lever that contributes to understanding the functioning of the tourist business and provides its competitive advantage. It is determined that digitalization is an important process that allows tourism enterprises to develop in a global information environment.
